Poker Evenings & Social Events

No real-money gambling, betting, wagering, or financial stakes of any kind are permitted in connection with these events. Chips, points, or scoring used during poker evenings are purely recreational and have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or prizes of equivalent financial value.

Guests must adhere to our house rules of conduct, respect our team, and engage in courteous, responsible play at all times. We promote a welcoming, inclusive environment and reserve the right to refuse entry, limit participation, or request that a guest leave the venue if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, offensive, or inconsistent with our commitment to responsible social entertainment.

Private Events & Functions

Bookings for corporate dinners, executive meetings, networking events, birthdays, anniversaries, VIP evenings, or other private functions require prior arrangement with our events team. Depending on the nature, date, and size of your event, a minimum spend, set menu, room hire, or non-refundable deposit may apply. Cancellations, postponements, and changes to guest numbers must be communicated within the timeframes provided in your event correspondence. Where changes fall outside the agreed notice periods, fees may apply, which can include retention of deposits, charging for minimum numbers, or application of cancellation charges outlined in your proposal.
